In accordance with point 5 of article 54 of Law of the RK № 415-II dated 13.05.2003 "Concerning Joint Stock Companies" "the number of the Board of Directors members shall not be less than 3 people. No less that one third of the Board of Directors members of a Joint Stock company must be independent directors ".
